All you have to do is plug the Charge M.E. into any fully functional power outlet and it can charge all of your devices completely. Although you can certainly use your devices while they’re charging just like you would with any other power source, we strongly recommend that you refrain from doing so. Using any device while it’s charging will inevitably increase the charging time because it means that power is being consumed just as quickly as it’s being absorbed by the device. It’s better to let your devices charge completely, unplug them from the power source, and then use them to your heart’s content.
